Happy new year. Reached jb at 0045Hand now getting ready to go to universal studio..... I loike!

It just felt like other day to me...nothing special but deep inside my heart I wish this year will bring more luck to me as what 2010 did. Looking forward to pursue my study in anesthesia Insya Allah, join upm, my house, and for RaRa to grow up... Can't wait to see she walks, talking and all.

2010 in memory

2010 almost over... It has been such an eventful year for my family, at least for me.

First I went to Medan to celebrate my birthday and I stayed at marriot hotel, yummy!!!

Then in march I went to perform umrah with my families... There were 10 of us but only 9 make it home. Sadly my opah passes away after 2 nights she's there. Though she was not around, life must goes on. Really missed my 10 days in Mecca.

Somewhere in between I bought my own house in seksyen 4 Tambahan bangi. I repeat my own house... Can't wait to move there. To renovate my bathroom, install jacuzzi, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet ahhhhhhhh lamanyer lagi... I want to start buying my sofa, dinner table, lamps, air cond. Bla bla bla... Just can't wait tho...

In 2010 also I got my pendaftaran penuh. Alhamdulillah...

After that I went to Melbourne and Sydney.... Wow!!! Best best best!!! Though it's cold there but I missed going thereafain. If only I have lots of money.I went to ocean road, the view of 12 apostle is unbelievable, Riding tram in Melbourne like no body business, the aquarium, the not forgotten SKYDECK the food, aaah melbourne... The place j will considered to move to. Ahaks! ......In Sydney, blue mountain is awesome the view the three sisters the leura valley. Then I went to manly island in Sydney... Enjoyed the boat trip there....opera of sydney, the harbor bridge, and bit forgotten Victoria building... Massive... Heaven for shopping. I bought my first coach handbag there and another one at jones just next to my hotel in Sydney.... Such a memory........... Worth every penny spent.......enough enough bout Australia ... Hehehe

Next INDIA specifically new Delhi and Agra. Ouh it is so priceless and I dunno where to begin... You have to be there than only u know how it feels.. And of course I went to visit the famous Taj Mahal. I just speechless of how ppl at that year with no technology, managed to build such an awesome building like that. One shud not missed taj mahal, Agra fort and the lost city if u visit India...

Oops did I forgot to mention I went to commonwealth game and watched badminton??? Yeah pol I was there when I men win their gold medal... Good job dude. And u can't forgot on how Chong Wei played his opponent like he played with his little brother. And a kudos also to Mei choo tho she lost she did played very well against shania....

And this year also I lost second person that I luv which is my WO... Alfatihah.......

In 3rd november 2010 at 4.44 pm, new member in our family arrived weighing 2.9 kg, called RAudhatul Raihannah aka RaRa. She turned into 3.8 kg in 49 days...

And it is about 12 days to 2011....

5. type of fluid to be given:

• maintainance drip: 2ml/kg/hr or 1ml/kg/hr +orally
• leak: first 24hr: 1-2 ml/kg/hr, next 24hr: 0.5ml/kg/hr
• deficit
• insensible loss: febrile: 500ml/day
• on going loss: volume to volume repolacement --> diarrhea, vomiting, pv/pr bleed

then u get total fluid to be given perhr

6. check whether patient has other complications: sepsis, hepatitis, carditis, AKI

7. monitor

• abg 2hrly --lactate, hco3, hct
• fbc 4hrly -- hct
• coag, lft, ck, rp --may be bd

8. approaching expected reabsorption phase: REDUCE DRIP REDUCE DRIP watch out features of overload, kiv frusemide, may need intubation

Recently and now we are all upset angry hate and sewajtu dengannyer with the act of israels on our humanitarian convoy to gaza...
Am may not be the best person to judge or comment but as a person I just don't understand why the israels have to attack the tank? Why they are so afraid till they have to bomb the tank? And what really upset me, America still did not do anything... Just imagine if it is Iran or any other country did that America will be the first country to deploy their army to attack that country. But when it comes to Israel America proudly says well they do what they have to do... Mmm so sad....

What we as a Muslim and human can do to help palestinian???
Should we go and announced for jihad to fight the israels?
Should we do what israels do???

I personally think no we cannot do that. Allah knows best. There must be other way to fight israels...
One of it stop buying israels product.
May be difficult but insya Allah, if all Muslim bersatu hati then surely we will win...insya Allah. I believe may be it is difficult not to buy all their product at 1 time but let start with 1 product first. Then we move to 2, then 3 then so on.

Let's not be too hypocrit ok. As I fou myself bought so many their product. So let's start with 1 product this week. Then move to other next week.

reborn reflexiology

my experience at reborn reflexiology today is so different from other massage centre i normally went.

initially i opted for 2 hr full body massage. my masseusse is from china. as she begins she keeps on saying angin.. pinggang angin. like thousands time. then she asked...kawin? i said no, not yet. she continued her massage then she said again...kawin, no angin. i said ha???

agaknyer she tak puas hati, she called an interpreter, cik...masseusse ni kata cik byk angin... so dia cadangkan cik buat bekam... ka wi (agaknye la)

so i said. mmm okla....

and the result is wow!!! urut dia mmg best, and the bekam is an added bonus.

i will surely come again to this massage centre....

I bought 27 inch iMac yesterday, but tomorrow only can get it as today I am on call... Can feel the vibe now, didn't feel sad even pun is leaving for Sri lanka today and am on call today... The aura is felt already... Can't wait for u iMac!!!!!

If I can Turn back time...

I did not expect to see him again as I fear how would my reaction be... And it happened today 2.6.2010. And I really dunno how to reacted. All I did was avoid any conversation with him. Then I realise it is so childish.... Hallo we are a grown up ppl so act like an adult. I did tried... Act like an adult. As if nothing happen. As it it never happened but... It failed... Terribly feels wrong and looks awkward... It hurts, really hurt. Gosh thank god it's only for a few days only. I can't imagine if it's not. Then I will sure I will gila already. Huhu!!!

Just got back from anaest HSerdang dept family day at agrotec garden resort... Penat tapi yg best dapat Mandi sungai. Huhu best!!!

Minggu lalu kita dikejutkan dgn berita budak 15 tahun di tembak polis. Well I think ppl just tahu ayat hujung aje. Tak peduli pun the fact that he is 15 years old driving a car at 2 am and running from police. Where is his parent??? Where is his sister??? Takkanla tak tahu mana adik dia?? Tak amik kisah at 2 still not at home??? And yet ppl don't care. Only think police shot him dead!!!!

Did anyone watch AF8 concert last night?(24.4.2010). I watch it for the first time yesterday for this season. Hmmm not too bad. I think maulana did sing very well last night. He got green light from adlin. Overall the students did try their best and a few I guess shouldn't be in the akademi like mmm the first singer and the one that his father came.

Arghhhh!!! air cond ku tetiba rosak plak...air nenitik nitik bukan kat luar bilik tapi kat dalam. Found this website who can fix the aircond. so i message him early in the morning to come and have a look. hmm at least 150 will go....

and now they are here  to fix it. Hopefully they can fix it. Hopefully.

when i drove back last night, at the toll, i always think, why they like to que and waste their time waiting for their turn when they can just at least spend less than hundred to buy smart tag and touch and go. save their time, more time to spend with their family. i just dont understand.

Just got back from dinner with my frens at TGIF. waaah dah lama tak lepak2 ngan kengkawan...makan2 sembang2. last time was with izwah and hanan and at that time hananis 7 or 8 months pregnant. Now anak dia dah pandai merangkak dah kot. ingat nak membeli barang for thriffle and makanan kucing at cold storagem, sembang punya sembang kedai kat luar tGIF dah tutup daaa. sian my kucing, esok pukul 9 baru buleh dapat makanan. mujur malam nih nyer dah kasi.

speaking of myh cat, LILO dah beranak. 5 ekor but sadly 2 ekor dah mati, arghhh!!! masalah masalh. payah sebenarnyer nak jaga kucing nih. tu lah dulu menggatal sangat nak bela. susahnyer bukan apa sbb menumpang rumah org. tu yanjg payah tuh. walaupun yumi dah kata nak amik 2 ekor, tapi sayang la pulak...tgklah nanti.

Pretty interesting. I am watching George clooney's movie up in the air. He works in a company that hired by other company to sack people in their company. At time he also give talk to a company: what's in your luggage. Just imagine an empty luggage, you woke up in the morning and first put ur college, friend' friend, friend, siblings, son or daughter, husband and wife. Then try to lift up the luggage. That's the weight of your commitment is. How to reduce the weight of that luggage? Who to be left out??? Hmmmmmmm

Just watched Alice in the wonderland 3D with my friend. At first she doesn't want to watch it 3d, peningla itula inila. Mujur tak dengar cakap dia, tak pening oun 3d dia. Best je. Padahal selama NIH aku tak pernah tgk citer tuh sampai habis. Selalunye sampai kat tea party tuh jer sbb mcm kompius jer. Tapi biler dah tgk mmg best tak disabgkal2 lagi. Huhu tapi takdela sebest avatar.

my experience in mecca is priceless.....10days there macam tak cukup. Sad though as my grandmother passed away on the 14/3/2010 at room 804 zahrat Tawil Mecca. Al fatihah. but sure enough i hope ALlah will choose me again to visit Him again and again. Medina trip yes it is short that is why i want to go there again. perhaps i can save enough money...........i have been to many places but mecca and medina really different. the feeling when u pray and kaabah right infront of you.... MAsya Allah, i have no word to describe it. u have to experienced it yourself.

TRip to Terengganu recently also priceless...hehehe tayar kembara meletop...mujur at that time, my mum bawak slow jer and hari masih cerah...Mujur hada seorang mekanik membantu...alhamdulillah the passengers are all okay and arrived safe and sound to putrajaya the same night.

and today dapat MC for a week for conjunctivitis...suka? tak jugak sbb takder bende nak buat. nak balik manjung pun boring gak nanti tido je lebeh.

Tak paham, hanya kerana sepatah perkataan habis semua nak beramuk. Ituker sifat yg dituntut Allah. Itukah sifat org beriman? Mungkin mereka buleh kata ini jihad namanye... Wallahualam... As I said before, dgn kepenggunaan perkataan Allah di gereja tu, rosak ke iman seluruh rakyat Malaysia? Mungkin perkataan Allah itu sudah wujud dalam kitab mereka sejak dulu lagi... Tapi bagi aku walau apapun, agama kamu agama kamu, agama aku agama aku. Selagi kita buleh mengamalkan agama kita, selagi kita tak perlu sembahyang sorok2, apa salahnyer kalau kita sedikit beralah demi menjaga keamanan kita, beralah bukan bermakna kalah. Sebagaimana Allah menukarkan kiblat dari baitulmaqdis ke mekah segala yg berlaku mungkin Ada hikmahnyer. Kenapa kita sebagai org Islam yg berilmu sanggup berperang mengenepikan keamanan yg kita kecapi sekarang biarpun sedikit hanya kerana perkara ini??? Tindakan membakar gereja, sekolah bukan tindakan org yg bijak. Hanya Ingin mengambil kesempatan dalam keadaan ini utk mewujudkan huru hara. Mungkin tindakan sesetengah ahli politik. Mmmmm aku pun tak tahu apa nak jadi dgn org kita nih.

at 8 after breakfast at executive launch...pegi berastagi. penipu besar betul taxi driver tuh kata 30-40 minit je kesana. last2 DUA jam beb. area kat atas bukit so sejukla... scenary...ciptaan ALlah mana buleh kutuk. kat atas tu buah buah mmg nampak bestla tapi takut nak beli bebanyak nanti sampai kl dah bucuk. so i just bought a few helai of t-shirt. oooh no lupa nak amik gambar. cesss
on the way back singgah kat green hill...as indonesian said macam genting highlands. Hampeh.. jauh panggang dari api. i like malaysia!!!

Medan trip

Mmm am waiting for the transport to airport. Flight at 12. Tapi mcm hujan. Harap2 tak delay. Jenuh nak nunggu. Tak sabar dah nak gi massage and relaks kat Medan.
Kalau pegi lama sempat pegi lake toba... Nih nampaknyer pegi brastagi je kot. Ntahla...

Selamat datang 2010...

Lamanyer tak update blog nih. Bukan apa. Lupa dan leka. tambah2 sejak ada faycebook and kucing. Memang tak sempat nak update blog nih.

Anyway, sekarang nih heboh issue pasal penggunaan perkataan Allah oleh penganut agama kristian. Yang hairannya, takkanla bende macam nih nak dijadikan isu besar sampai jadi tajuk utama surat khabar berhari2. Kan ke nanti cuma mendatangkan perpecahan kaum. Biarlah isu ini diselesaikan secara senyap sunyi dan telus mulus and i am confuse, adakah dgn penggunaan perkataan allah nih, akan menjatuhkan martabat Agama Islam mengurangkan IMAN??? but again i am not an expert to discuss about it. Cuma rasanya byk lagi isu isu lain yg lebih penting yang perlu diselesaikan. Contohnya, bagaimanakah nak menaiktarafkan kehidupan kaum melayu? bagaimanakah caranya supaya harga minyak dapat diturunkan? Bagaimanakah nak mengelak anak2 lari ikut lelaki Lombok? Bagaimanakah nak mengurangkan harga kereta...nak turunkan interest pinjaman bank, menurunkan harga property, dan lebih penting menambahkan iman di setiap masyarakat islam.... cewah cewah!
