I luv my new car ford escape xlt.
But at this moment I kinda regret buying it, not because of the car but because of non friendly and non professional staff handling customer after the sale.
It happened when I want to do my first service. I called last Saturday, not only the person answered the call rudely, she seems didn't interested in answering my question.
I called again yesterday to make an appointment. She said must book before 1230. So I booked at 1230 noon (I was angry with the way she is telling me when to do: book before 1230 or don't book at all) but I was not informed that all their staffs take lunch break at 1230 till 130. If so off course I will book earlier.....
I cant understand, why their staff cant take turn to take their lunch break to ensure there is always somebody there.
This is my 5th car, and so far I don't have problem when sending my car for service...the staffs including the salesman especially Toyota manjung really helpful. They even help to arrange for my serviceif I didnt make my booking earlier.
Not only I was misinformed by my salesgirl which at that time I already realize she didn't know what she is doing (I bought anyway because I luv the car), the salesgirl didn't even bother to say hi to me when she saw me...
Now I have to wait till 3pm (the earliest) from 1230...
